Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it after payment has been verified with the payment gateway. If a product is mispriced or out of stock we will cancel and refund in full rather than ship something else.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The tax component is shown on your invoice.

Handloom variation

Every saree is handwoven. Slight variation in colour, weave density and border alignment is inherent to the process and is not a defect. Screen colours also differ between devices.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
