Exchange policy

What can be exchanged

Within the same window as a return, and in the same unworn condition. Because most sarees are single pieces, an exchange depends on the replacement still being in stock at the time we receive your parcel.

Price difference

If the replacement costs more we send a payment link for the difference. If it costs less we refund the difference to the original payment method.

Defects and wrong items

If we sent the wrong saree or it arrived damaged, the exchange is free and we pay the courier both ways. Send us a photograph with your request so we can log it.
