Dispatch

In-stock sarees are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the courier scans the parcel in.

Delivery estimates

• Metros - 2 to 4 working days
• Other cities - 4 to 7 working days
• Remote pincodes - up to 10 working days

Charges

Shipping is charged at checkout based on your pincode and the weight of the order, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. Free shipping thresholds, where they apply, are shown in the cart.

Cash on delivery

Available on serviceable pincodes up to the limit shown at checkout. A COD handling fee may apply and is itemised in the cart.

If a parcel is delayed or lost

Write to us with your order number. We raise it with the courier and keep you updated with the last verified scan. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost we refund in full or send a replacement, your choice.
